Market leading but still growing & ambitious, EU based, FULL SERVICE COMMODITY & FREIGHT BROKERAGE COMPANY is looking for AGRO COMMODITY BROKER for FULL REMOTE work, who will become a part of its like-minded team.
Note! Practical experience in agro commodity trading for the last two years is A MUST!
Key responsibilities
As a commodity broker:
- you will act as a liaison between buyers and sellers of agricultural products, organizing and professionally accompanying each deal until it is completed;
- you will use all your charisma, as well as professional and best communication skills, to provide the best service to the company's clients;
- you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term & trusted business relationships with the company's clients;
- you will provide systematic high-quality information support to the company's clients regarding the market, prices and available volumes of goods in order to conclude the deals;
- you will maintain all the records due to the deal, doing your best to accelerate the exchange of information and documentation between clients, track the status of shipments or transportation for keeping clients constantly informed of the current stages of the deal, organizing everything so that all the puzzles match to close the deal on time.
- you will do all the necessary settlement and analytical operations for the deal;
- you will maintain appropriate reporting for the company;
- you will work with CRM system;
- you will be responsible for the implementation of plans for attracted deals.
Requirements
- 2+ year AGRO commodity trading/brokerage experience.
- Excellent knowledge of types of commodity transactions.
- Excellent knowledge of International trade rules Incoterms, GAFTA, FOSFA.
- Excellent knowledge of types of cargo transportation, classifications and differences.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

- Competitive commission which is above the market average % - our current customer base allows us to generate such volumes that your average monthly earnings, if you are a good one, should be in the range of 4-10K USD, otherwise you are not so good to be our broker.

- An active customer base ready to work with you right now - we work with most companies in the EU, Black Sea and Mediterranean Sea regions, so your own base is welcome, but not required.
