In 2014, the company opened a second turn agricultural complex for the production and storage of seeds of maize, sunflower and rapeseed. Plant's production capacity doubled. In 2018, opening of a new Research Station of MAS SEEDS UKRAINE in Boryspil district

With the expansion of the state MAS SEEDS UKRAINE we search Sunflower Product Manager in Kiev (Boryspil district, Velyka Oleksandrivka)
Main responsibilities:
- SF market knowledge and expertise in UA:
- Analysis of market local data including value pricing and communication to corporate marketing, making relevant proposals.
- Identification and analysis of competitors’ offers in order to improve MAS Seeds products, sales arguments and positioning.
- Technical knowledge of market segmentation and farmer needs for each region.
- Local cultural practices knowledge till economic factors (input prices…).
- Develop UA SF strategy:
- Develop UA SF strategy based on global guidance, market trends and regional situation.
- Participate in key strategic meetings including Product team/Portfolio Review.
- Develop market and grower segmentation & competitive analysis.
- Contribute to country strategy development including GTM and situational analysis.
- Local SF portfolio management & promotion :
- Identify portfolio gaps and potential solutions to address grower needs and support new product launches.
- In collaboration with corporate product manager, tracking of new products at R&D network, managing pre-launch processes, prepare recommendations to include them in commercial portfolio.
- Together with head of marketing develop demo, side-by-side and survey (follow-up of sold units) programs according to company priorities and using MAS Services (Agrotempo) for the new coming season. Monitor their fulfillment.
- Place samples order for demo & side-by-side programs.
- Manage samples distribution to commercial team based on approved applications from sales managers.
- Manage all season long the portfolio dynamic within sales team (life cycle (green-blue-black-red)).
- Technical knowledge of the commercial SF portfolio; follow-up, analysis, and results interpretation (priority products focus).
- Follow priority products, visiting all regions.
- Provide SF product content for all types of marketing campaigns & communications.
- Contribute to create internal and external communication tools content together with Ukrainian marketing team and corporate communication team (articles in agrarian magazines, catalogue product pages, Success Books of results, posts at Facebook, Instagram, videos at Youtube…)
- Exchange with sales team and “control” hybrid feedback: if good “amplify”, if bad “defend” and analyse.
- Analyse the sales, follow client satisfaction and loyalty per product.
- Team training and support to SF promotion action plans implementation:
- Monitor the promotion of action plan, participate to its execution, train the team to improve Profarm practices.
- Team training on portfolio, key products and agronomy, maximizing field presence
- Commercial team coaching for individual promotion plan implementation (demo, survey, side-by-side, special actions…).
- Participation in key UA promotion actions (AgroConcentrate, MAS Tour, MAS Club, field-days, conferences, seminars, webinars).
- Participation to MAS Seeds services and sales tools implementation (Agrotempo).
- Customer claims project management.
- Product presentations preparation.
- Participate in internal meetings & trainings with Sales & Marketing teams: 15% of time.
- Participate in grower & influencer related meetings, seminars, etc.: 5% of time
- Together with commercial team accountable for setting/tracking regional targets for sales team:
- Prepare market & sales forecast (incl. Crop Plan).
- Develop and track regional sales plans based on product adaptation and competitiveness.
- Align and control execution of national / regional campaigns and promo actions.
Requirements:

- Intermediate English level as minimum, professional Ukrainian
- Driving licence B category
