Опис вакансії:

Foreign Agro Trade Production Сompany is looking for Grain purchasing manager, Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of grain purchases on CPT- terms;
• Realization of grain procurement plan in Ukraine;
• Searching and attraction of new clients;
• Updating customer base;
• Negotiation with clients, accompanying the clients during the entire transaction process;

Requirements

• University Degree;
• More than 5 years in cereal procurement;
• Knowledge of English;
• Must willing to take risks or to try out new methods, ideas, be aggressive, self-motivated.
• Experience with P&L management;
• Must have understanding of confidentiality and be able to maintain confidential information;
• Demonstration of strengths in relationship building, problem solving, and conflict management;
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
• High communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
