Domestic Execution function (TAC) provides a cross-platform support for the region. The scope of this function includes trade confirmation reconciliation, trade finalization, invoicing & cash processing and stock reconciliation & documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
UAH purchase/sales Contracts (addendums) issuance & follow up of signing & filing information into the 1C Logistic system.
Open and executed contracts (addendums) follow-up/ closing and check re-quantity, payments, receivables, put the information in to 1C Logistic system.
Receiving, storing, controlling, and checking accounts docs (invoices from warehouses and other suppliers: stationary, water and other) to create payment in 1C Logistic.
Booking accounts docs (invoices from warehouses and other suppliers: stationary, water and other) to create payment in 1C Logistic.
Checking and booking accounts docs (invoices from warehouses and other suppliers: stationary, water and other) to create payment in 1C Logistic.
Providing necessary information and documents for the legal department (risk department) per request or for request Tax Inspection.
Main accountabilities:
Receiving, storing, controlling, and checking foundation documents of the counterparts, further input them into the 1C Logistic system.
Сontrol of necessary originals paper based and electronic based docs for UAH goods payments purchase.
Working with delivery services in terms and sending and receiving documents from counterparties and the head office.
Daily/ weekly and monthly reporting:
Daily booking cash for goods payments
Reconcile stock positions between 1C logistic system and Account module at the end of the month.
Reconcile delivery note positions between 1C logistic system and Account module at the end of the month.
Data on aspiration volumes for the warehouses on a monthly basis
Stock reports, open purchase and sales contracts and others as per requirements of traders and management
Control over proper functioning of 1C system and data input
Knowledge and Experience:
Experience (including number of years):
Professional experience (minimum 3 years) in business administration or accounting environment,
Knowledge and Skills:
Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems (prerequisite)
Education:
Higher education/Bachelor degree (accounting/economic or equivalent)
Languages:
Ukrainian – native
English – intermediate
Other skills and competencies:
Self-starter with ability to work independently and to take initiatives
Very good attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving:
Ability to extract, organize, analyze and report data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions with the use Excel.
Capacity to quickly analyze / understand new issues (highly evolving business environment / interchangeability between platforms) and find solutions requiring information search & sometimes abstract thinking.
